A Local superheros who helps and saves lifes but left a mess afterwards.
finally the citizens had enuff and speak up for the mess he had left.
Hancock was being locked up and bad guys started to show.
The police force asked Hancock for help and he become more reliable.
the mess created was nothing to compare to ppl lifes.
